Subscription
$99 per site per month
plus $0.10 per active member per month, billed monthly. Pay a year up front and get 2 months free.
Active member means a member whose status is active in your connected membership roster on the first of the month. If a chain is one customer, a member is counted once however many of its sites they visit.

One-time fees
Cloud-run sites (the default)
- $299 onboarding.
- $49 tunnel router, at cost plus handling, or $0 hardware when your NVR pushes snapshots itself.
Edge-box sites
- $499 onboarding: remote install, camera alignment, membership-feed connection, training and a first week of review coaching.
- Edge hardware at cost plus 15% handling. Cameras are extra.
90-day pilot
Pilot sites pay no fees for 90 days, in exchange for feedback and a reference.
No revenue from data, ever
Membership Review earns the subscription and the fees above, nothing else. Your data is never sold or used for anything but serving you. There is no per-case price and no share of recovered revenue either: that would make our income depend on reading your outcomes.
